Basically, the course you read at Senior High School (SHS) level has a direct impact on your ability to train as a nursing student in Ghana or to generally become a nurse in Ghana. This does not apply to nursing training schools only. The Nursing Training College Cut off points for 2022/2023 is an aggregate 24 in three relevant core subject and three elective subjects.

What grades are needed for nursing in Ghana?

Nurses training college will accept a D7 or E8, or F9 to study certificate in nursing. These are auxiliary courses offered by some Nurse Training colleges.
