Vetting Results Out – Schandorf Tops, David Johnson Disqualified

The vetting of Monday, March 27 was very interesting and the Vetting Panel has released the results of the vetting and those who were able to make the 70% pass and those who didn’t.
For the presidential, Schandorf Ayirebi Acquah Derrick and his running mate Asante Okyere Clinton topped with 78.75% whilst David Johnson Lekey and his running mate got disqualified after failing to meet the 70% threshold.
Apart from that all aspirants qualified bringing the number of presidential candidates now to 5 after Kumi Alfred was disqualified for failing to get the required 3.0 Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) with two each for the Office of Secretary and Treasurer.
Below is the candidates and how they fared at Vetting:
TREASURER ASPIRANTS:
1. Effah Emmanuel Opoku – 72.25% (Qualified)
2. Ethel Nyarkoa Donkor – 71.00% (Qualified)
GENERAL SECRETARY ASPIRANTS:
1. Fafa Esi Mensah – 80.50% (Qualified)
2. Janet Akroful Maame Serwaa – 70.05% (Qualified)
PRESIDENTIAL ASPIRANTS
1. Schandorf Ayirebi-Acquah & Asante Okyere Clinton – 78.75% (Qualified)
2. Otting Awuah Daniel & Moses Acheampong – 76.75% (Qualified)
3. Sylvester Amoako & Kezia Deguenon – 71.25% (Qualified)
4. Pascal Agbesi Hayford & Billton N. Lartey – 71.20% (Qualified)
5. Gerald A. Daakyehene & Mubarak Adams – 71.10% (Qualified)
6. David Johnson Lekey & Asamoah Godsway – 50.20% (Disqualified)
Election is slated for April 11th, 2017 and this also marks the lifting on the ban on campaigning.
