UDS ADMISSION CLOSING DATE 2022/2023
The 2022/2023 UDS Admission Application Closing date has been scheduled as follows:-
- UDS Admission Registration 2022 is scheduled to close on (Closing date yet to be announced).
- The UDS Application Portal is expected to shut down on the same date at 11:59 PM.

Note – Once UDS Admission Application Portal is closed, new applications will not be submitted. So register now while the UDS applications are still ongoing.
HOW TO APPLY (DOMESTIC)
MODE OF APPLICATION FOR DOMESTIC (GHANAIAN) APPLICANTS All Ghanaian applicants for the 2022/2023 Academic Year admissions are required to use the UDS online application portal. The procedure for the online application process is as follows:i. Make a payment of GH¢ 180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty Ghana Cedis) for the UDS E-Voucher at any Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB), Prudential Bank, Zenith Bank, Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) , Stanbic Bank and Ecobank branches throughout the country.ii. The E-Voucher contains the Pin, and Serial Number required in completing the online form.iii. Access the online form by visiting our online admissions portal here soon after payment. Ori. Visit UDS online admission portal here with a Master Card or Visa Card to make an online payment of GHC180.00 (One Hundred and Eighty Ghana Cedis)
ii. Print the advice slip for future reference.
iii. In completing the online form, students will be required to upload their most recent passport size photographs with white background and relevant certificates
iv. A completed form is not considered until it is SUBMITTED
v. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before finally submitting their online applications. A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited.
vi. Candidates are strongly advised to visit any EMS Office in the Country for assistance towards the return of the application documents (see viii). Applicants are advised not to post the forms themselves. They should seek the advice and services of Ghana Post EMS.
vii. Applicants must print out application summary; attach results slips, certificates and all other relevant documents. These documents should be submitted in triplicates (three copies each) to the Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic Affairs Section).

MODE OF APPLICATION FOR FOREIGN APPLICANTS
All non-Ghanaian applicants are advised to apply as follows:i. Visit UDS online admission portal with a Master Card or Visa Card to make an online payment of $100.00 (One Hundred US Dollars)ii. Print the advice slip for future referenceiii. Access the online form by visiting our online admissions portal soon after payment.iv. In completing the online form, students will be required to upload their passport size photographs and certificates
v. A completed form is not considered until it is SUBMITTED
vi. Applicants are advised to check thoroughly all details entered before they finally submit their online applications. A form, once submitted, can only be viewed, but cannot be edited.
vii. Print out application summary; attach results slips, certificates and all other relevant documents. These documents should be submitted in triplicates (Three copies each) to the Senior Assistant Registrar (Academic& Student Affairs ).
