National service personnel across the country are likely to receive their April allowance only after completing their validation process.
A statement from the National service secretariat asked all service personnel to visit their respective district national service secretariats in order to pick a form and complete the validation process.
The form must be picked at the various district offices and completed by the service personnel in conjunction with his or her supervisor. The form must be returned to the district office by the service personnel not later than the 15th day of May 2017.
The validation form must be submitted by the service person by him/her self since the final stage of the validation would be completed in the district office of the national service secretariat.
All service personnel are to take note that, only forms received on or before the 15th of May would be processed for payment.

VALIDATION FOR NATIONAL SERVICE PERSONNEL ON GOVERNMENT PAYROLL

The Management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has directed all national service personnel on government payroll to be validated.
This comes as a routine follow-up exercise to our reforms in the E-zwich payment system.
All national service personnel are therefore expected to obtain validation forms from the district secretariats of the NSS, fill them with their respective heads of department, and personally submit them to the district secretariats by Monday, 15th May, 2017 to complete the validation process.
It is important for national service personnel to note that anyone who is not validated by the stipulated dated will be considered nonexistent and therefore, WILL NOT be paid his/her allowance.

HON. USSIF MUSTAPHA
ACTING EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
National service allowance increment was approved by parliament in March 2017 but service personnel have still not receive their April allowance yet even though the allowance and increment were duly captured and approved in the budget of the ministry of education.
