Defending champions of the National Science and Maths Quiz – Prempeh College will lock horns with previous winners Mfantsipim and Wesley Girls high School at the Quater finals stage of the annual quiz competition.
Prempeh College eliminated Winneba Senior High School and Ashaiman Senior High School whilst Mfantsipim and Wesley Girls Senior High School eliminated St. Charles’ Min. Sem SHS, New Juaben Senior High School, Kwanyako SHTS and Notre Dame SHS.
Amongst the three schools Mfantsipim School has the highest number of points (56) with Prempeh College and Wesley Girls gabbing 52pts and 40pts respectively.
Which school will make it to the semifinal stage of the competition at the R.S. Amegashie Auditorium, University of Ghana Business School.
The national science and maths quiz is an annual competition among Senior High Schools that is geared towards promoting the study of science and maths in Ghana.
