Students of the University of Ghana can perform their residential and academic registrations online by logging onto the main university of Ghana website. Students are to follow the ensuing steps is order to submit their registration.
- Students are first of all supposed to pay the arrears of the academic fees if they have any at any branch of Ecobank or Standard Chartered Bank quoting their student’s identification number boldly on the Pay In slip.
- Students are to proceed to pay the arrears of their residential fees if any at the designated bank by the hall management.
- Students are also supposed to settle their plant fees (Ghc 100) if they haven’t done that yet at any branch of EcoBank or StanChart Bank.
- You can proceed to do your registration online only 48 hours after making payment or 72 hours if the payment was made on Friday.
(NB Students who will not be able to wait for the 48 hours before registration can visit the student’s account office for assistance)
- Students are first of all required to perform their academic registration by at least registering one course for the semester.
- You are to proceed to do the online residential registration by confirming your hall and room number.
- At this stage, the student is supposed to print out the confirmation letter of both residential and academic registration and proceed to his or her hall of residence to sign into his or her room.
- The student can now proceed to his or her department to make any manual registration required after the academic and residential ones.
Students are to take note that the registration portal will only be opened for them to register 48 hours after settling their academic, residential and plant fees. The student may be required to make some additional cash payments depending on the hall he or she is a resident of.
