How To Pay Your University of Ghana November Graduation Fee
Students with outstanding bills should contact the Student Accounts Office promptly to settle them. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that obligations on his/her account to the University are met to enable recuords to be cleared for registration. Students with outstanding fees on their Account will be tagged and may be barred from registration and receipt of their UG Transcripts/Certificates.
Upon completion of the on-line registration form, Graduands should pay the UG Congregation fee using any of the following payment options:
- at any branch of Ecobank Ghana Limited OR
- using any Debit/Credit Visa/Mastercard (UGPay).
Payment can be made from Monday 31st October to Monday 14th November, 2016, after which registration will be closed.
Option 1:
Visit any branch of Ecobank Ghana Limited and fill the appropriate Fee Paying Voucher.
Graduands who pay the graduation fee using option 1 (Bank payment) may report after 24 hours of payment at the School/College collection point to receive their academic gown, souvenirs and invitation cards. Keep evidence of payment (Voucher) for any necessary verification.
Option 2:
Pay online using any Visa/Mastercard enabled Debit/Credit card through our secured online payment platform. You will find a “Pay Online” hyperlink on the registration platform after you have logged in.
Graduands who pay the graduation fee using option 2 (UGPay) may proceed immediately after payment to the School/College collection point during working hours to receive their academic gown, souvenirs and invitation cards.

MONDAY, 14TH NOVEMBER, 2016 – 12:00 MIDNIGHT PROMPT!
Supplementary lists of Graduands issued will be uploaded when received, within the registration period.
