North West University Healthcare, Welcome to the interactive website of the Healthcare Centre of the North-West University – Potchefstroom Campus. We serve the entire Puk-community. All health issus, from physical to psychological, cute to chronic, are addressed by here a dedicated, multidisciplinary team.

The centre is centrally located in Jooste Street (Building E16), across the road from the staff clubhouse, PUK FM and the “Wapad”-offices.
The HCC is open from Mondays to Fridays between 08:30 – 16:00
A comprehencive service is offered to all Puk-students and staff members, inluding contract workers, but services to visitors are limited to emergencies.

Emergency after-hours (24 hour Medical Services)
In case of a medical emergency on campus, Puk Emergency Services can be activated by contacting Protection Services at (018) 299 2211.
This team of volunteers works closely with the Healthcare Centre and delivers quality service to ensure that the patient receives the most appropriate medical care as soon as possible.
