Newly sworn in Students Representative Council President of the University of Ghana Mr. Daniel Otting Awuah has pledged to work with all his competitors as they seek to better the lot of students of the University.
Delivering His Inaugural address as president of the Students Union at his swearing-in, he committed to work with all those who contested him and his other colleague executives in last April’s election.
He added that the Union Building was not going to be run entirely with his ideas and that of his team but that a conscious effort will be made to tap into the knowledge and expertise of all those who cares and matter towards serving the interests of Students.
This comes on the back of perceived sidelining of students in the management of the Union by whoever is in charge at a giving time leading to the deterioration of the plight of the ordinary University of Ghana student.
