I have written a letter for sponsorship but don't know whether to include an estimate of my fees and living expenses?

I have written a letter for sponsorship but don’t know whether to include an estimate of my fees and living expenses? My fees is not yet out… So should i include an estimated fees (last year’s fees) in the letter? Need help urgently……
