Fancy Gadam’s ‘Total Cheat’ song has appeared in an examination question set for Level 200 Journalism students of the Ghana Institute of Journalism (GIJ).
The Level 200 students were asked to examine a rap verse of the song and identify instances of misogyny as well as explain any three consequences of misogyny in rap music.
This is not the first time the lyrics of a song has appeared in a tertiary institution’send of semester examination.
In 2017, Kofi Kinaata’s ‘Confession,’ found its way into academia, after winning him great spurs in the 2017 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
