GUIDELINES FOR RESIT/SUPPLEMENTARY REGISTRATION
Step 1 – Pay the appropriate fee (GH¢50.00 per paper) should be paid at Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) – Account # 2011010016896301 (Koforidua Polytechnic Doorstep)
Step 2 – Send the pay-in-slip to the Payables and Receivables Office for your official receipt.
Step 3 Pick a resit/supplementary examination form at Faculty of Engineering (New Engineering Block)
Step 4 – Fill the form properly
- Ensure that the correct course codes and course titles are entered onto the form
- Indicate the semester(s) in which the paper (s) are taken
- Check with the notice board if you are not sure about the course codes and course titles.
Step 5 – Return the completed form to Faculty of Engineering (New Engineering Block) for endorsement
Step 6 – Make the required number of copies of the endorsed form and submit to the various departments as stated on the form
NOTE: Keep the original copy as you would be required to produce it before being allowed entry into the examination hall
