Duration of Christian Service University College School of Nursing Programme
SSCE and WASSCE holders: The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a four year course providing an initial introduction to the basic principles of nursing.
Diploma Applicants who are holders of the Registered General Nursing (RGN) Diploma from recognised institutions plus the licensure examination of the Nursing and Midwifery Council who have at least 1 – 3 years’ working experience and a pass at Diploma level may be admitted to Third Year (Level 300) of the degree programme after a successful interview. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a two year top-up course.
Mature applicants
Mature applicants who are nurses with SRN, RMN, RM, PHN or relevant nursing certificates with one year or more of practice and good recommendation and have attained the age of 25 years are admitted to Level 200 of the programme. The Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a three year course.
